Divorce On Ground Of Defemation

Can i get Divorce as my wife had sued 498a domestic violence and maintenance a year and now she defamed us in newspaper that we demanded dowry and thrown her out of house??? Do i have strong ground for divorce ?? What will be alimony and maintenance as my salry is 20000 and our marriage lasted just a year..please help
defamation cases can be filed and even if such is taken cognizance still the highest court has stated that husbands have to pay alimony to their cruel wife and a flat too, there is a specific judgement to the effect so you need to tactfully handle this rather being aggressive
