Divorce notice to wife as she is not agreeing for mutual consent

My wife and I are living separately since 9 months. She is not agreeing for mutual divorce. What can I do? We do not have a marriage certificate also.
marriage certificate is not a problem you can apply for divorce without marrige certificate of your wife is not agreeing for divorce than you have option for contesting divorce and in that case if your wife agrees than you can convert it into mutual
