Hi team,
Opposite lawyer not doing cross examination. What is the next step.
Even judge told so many times.
Dear Sir,.
The judges while working in Bengaluru afraid of some advocates. That opposite advocate having understood that his case is weak he is getting adjournments. Better approach High Court and gey time bound disposal direction to the trial court. Otherwise you may not get judgment for next 3 years.

Look with this pandemic thing around, the Apex Court has directed not to order without hearing the other side party hence you would have to wait for things to come back to normalcy, or else you would have to press for an ex parte order from the judge which he/she is unwilling to do it as there is clear direction from top court to not order anything
