Divorce - No physical relation from 2.8years

Hi Sir/Madam,
I got married 2.8years back and till date i never any physical relation with my wife and i am not at all intrested in further relationship and their relatives are coming and abusing our family badly.
Please suggest
hi if therr is physical and mental cruelty and if there are verbal abuses then you could file for divorce in court and that there is constant haraseement and that it is difficult for both the parties to reside
