Divorce matrimonial issue file for divorce fake document

While filing IPC 498 FIR, I submitted husband salary slip. In that I modified husband salary amount. Now husband is planing to file FIR under IPC 420. For only modified salary slip amount of husband IPC 420 is applicable? Whether for forged document IPC 420 is applicable? Whether modifying salary slip come under IPC 420? Whether this issue create big trouble for me?

Hi Good Evening, To producing false evidence or fabricated evidence in the court are the punishable offence u/s 193 of ipc which causes imprisonment and fine. and it also comes under section 465 of ipc which cause imprisonment and fine. but here burden of proof lies on your husband only. for more details and querries contact us and visit our website
