Divorce matrimonial issue fake documents false 498

Wife filed false 498 using some edited whatsApp chat & also submitted my fake salary slip in mahila aayog. Same way she filed maintenance application in court under IPC 24 & 125 with fake salary slip which is showing my salary is high. So what I need to do? Whether I need to file FIR? If yes then under which IPC? What proof I need to collect? Can I get copy of documents submitted by wife with maintenance application?

Well, you can file a case of Perjury against your Wife, i.e, of telling lies to the court, as she submitted your fake Salary Slip on record before court on an Affidavit, because of which, she can be prosecuted under Sec 193 of the IPC, 1860.
