Divorce matrimonial issue fake 498

Wife left matrimonial home by own & filed fake complaint in mahila aayog, Also filed fake 498a FIR & put name of all relatives of husband. So wife came with police & arrested husband, Also wife suggested husband to suicide in police station So after bail husband done unsuccessful suicide attempt. This is my friend story, I want to help for justice So under which section FIR need to file?can ipc 306 is applicable in this scenario? Plz help I am law student & also want to help friend for justice

Well, your friend can put a case on her Wife of causing mental harrasment, i.e, for compelling him to commit suicide. Your friend can also file a case of lodging fake FIR against him under Sec 488A & also of perjury, i.e, of telling lies on Affidavit before Court.

Hello Good Morning, Yes section 306 is attracted in this situation. if someone force for suicide then this act will be applicable. But it is Matrimonial Disputes then might be police would not help you or not going to file fir even they file fir against your friend for attempt to suicide Call us for any further details and visit our website
