Divorce matrimonial issue domestic voilence

I left my matrimonial home then filed multiple DV , Dowery, 498, 323, & few more IPC .so finally my husband totally frustrated & tried to suicide. So police filed fir & put 306 IPC case. Against me & my parents so what needs to do now?

you should take a anticipatery bail from session court and you have to get summons from court you should face the trial with advocate and get aquital from that case becouse you are a wife you are staying saparate home not in staying matrimonoal home and not take a divorce from your husband so you can win the case

Dear Madam, The criminal case may be ended in acquittal if you compromise with your husband or even otherwise if there is no evidence then you may get acquittal. But you must be very careful to see that such case is ended up in acquittal. Otherwise it may be black mark in your career.
