Divorce matrimonial issue alimony physical attack

Wife left matrimonial home by own, Then filed false DV,498 case. Now her Father & her boyfriend attack on me. They used blade as weapon & Also tried to through Acid on me ,but luckily acid burn my legs only. So under which section I file case, Also can I file FIR under IPC 326

Lodge an FIR for criminal intimidation, assault, criminal force, attempt to murder. Using the evidences in hand, file for divorce on relevant grounds (to be disclosed further). Make sure to substantiate that you are not the accused!

you do not need to write sections its police who has to impose section depending on facts write by you in complain you can take help any advocate who can present you facts in best possible manner and whoever is involved will be held liable. you can use this in the cases your wife had filed against you. it will of any use as both the cases mentioned by you are for different purposes
