Divorce matrimonial issue alimony forged documents

I filed case for divorce under IPC 13, Then wife filed case in mahila aayog that time she submitted my fake salary slip. So under which IPC I need to file FIR? Can I file FIR under IPC 420? Can I take order from court directly for filing FIR under IPC 420?

Yes, you have got the option of complaining to your nearest police station regarding registration of FIR, further if police station is not registering your FIR then you could also file complain u/s 156(3) of CrPC 1973, and also complaint case under section 200 of CrPC, 1973

you need to write the issue and it's police duty to mention section and if required can register FIR and if FIR is not registered than you need to give private complaint to judge of you area but I could suggest you to take help of Advocate for better legal relife.

First of all hire an advocate who is expert in matrimonial issues and then fix an appointment with them and told your situation briefly then they helps you in reduce alimony amount and helps in taking divorce

If it is fake salary slip then u give ur own salary slip to court and make a separate case for misleading the court with fake documents u can lodge the FIR in section 420 IPC for further query plz free to call
