Divorce matrimonial issue alimony false 498

Which criminal cases husband able to file against wife? Can husband able to file case under IPC 211 after wife filed falsed 498? Is there any cognizable offence for which husband can file FIR against wife & her relative?

A Husband can file Sec 211 of the IPC, 1860, if the wife has lodged false case of Sec 498 of the IPC before Court, as Sec 211 of the IPC, 1860, is aimed at preventing the abuse of the criminal justice system by individuals who file false complaints against innocent persons with the intent of causing harm to them.
