Divorce matrimonial issue alimony exparty

Opposite party not given written statement in 120 day, So I requested court for No W. S. Order & family court passed this order. Also given next date, so can I give application for exparty divorce on next date? If opposite party advocate only present then can i get exparty divorce? Or court pass exparty divorce order? How many hearing court take to pass exparty divorce order after giving application?

sir in crpc has been clearly defind the time of written statement that you can file the written statement in mentioned time of period. after that you can goahed for fruther step. every thing is depend on your case representer how they are representing in front of court
