Dear Sir, You may either approach Higher Police officers to include the section as proposed by you since you are having medical records in your favour. Alternatively, you may approach High Court under Section 482 of Cr.P.C to change the Investigation Agency or to include the proposed section and issue amended FIR and also to arrest your wife and other Goonda elements who done the mischief.
