20-Jan-2024 (In Divorce Law)
I filed divorce case, So wife filed false 498a FIR. So I am on interim bail. now wife came with some Gunda & thrown acid on my legs (Actually she tried to put acid on internal body part, but luckily only my legs burn & admitted in hospital for 2 day) . I have Medical report, Also I filed FIR but in FIR police put IPC 326 instead IPC 326A. Even wife is still not arrested. Police is saying there is no prima facie, witness, video or audio recording

Dear Sir, You may either approach Higher Police officers to include the section as proposed by you since you are having medical records in your favour. Alternatively, you may approach High Court under Section 482 of Cr.P.C to change the Investigation Agency or to include the proposed section and issue amended FIR and also to arrest your wife and other Goonda elements who done the mischief.
