Divorce matrimonial issue acid attack false 498

20-Jan-2024 (In Divorce Law)
Wife filed 498 FIR here bail rejected in session court because wife came in court & oppose So I applied in High court & now on interim bail After 2 months wife again came with some gunda & thrown acid on me so I filed FIR Whether this FIR hamper my bail in high court? Whether wife will be arrested for acid attack? Whether she get benefit of IPC 437 for bail? There is no prima facie & video recording so wife get bail Or not in session court? Because once she get bail she will again file false FIR

I would advice you take consultancy from your advocate who is handling your case because he know facts of your case in better way and your advocate can give you best advice. because without going through your case file it would not be appropriate to say anything about because it's complicated case.
