Divorce matrimonial issue acid attack

Wife filed false 498 so I am on interim bail, In last week again wife came with some gunda & through Acid on me in this my legs are burn(Wife try to through acid on private part but luckily my legs only burn). I have medical report & I am in hospital for 3 day. same day I filed FIR also. But still wife not arrested police saying there is no witness. Also instead of 326a police put only 326 1)How I add 336a ipc in FIR? 2)Whether it is compulsory to have audio video recording or witness?

You can give the application of DCP and explain all the incident than you can add the relevant section and another thing is this every thing is depend on your medical reports. Opposite party will give the evidence you can not give as your are victim and third thing police investigate the call details of accused and CD-R also or location also they were at crime place or not

First of all you should hire an good advocate and fix an appointment with them as soon as possible and told them your whole situation in brief and took all reports of mlc and other proofs you are having regarding this issue and then your advocate will provide relief in your matter as soon as possible
