Mera dusra vivah divorcy se hua h or uska bahar affair hai mere paas proof hai wo 16 mahine se mayk me hai mene bahut bar call kiya bolti hai use divorce chaiye to mene bhopal me divorce ka case laga diya to usne Domestic Violence Act 2005 (12) ka case laga diya or usne pahle sasural me b yahi case kiya tha Violence jo cass laga hai 2 hering ho chuki hai par abhi tak koi notice paper nahi aaya msz aaya tha mobile se To meri court me abi need hai kya or divorce ki har date par kya process hoti h

U can file an application for quashing tha domestic violence case in High court and file the evidence which u have . U can file a divorce case on ground of desertion and give the evidence which u have in that proceedings .Contact me for further help.

Apka divorce agar 13(1)(i) Hindu marriage act ke according to speedy process ho jayga, 3 months ke anadar ye pura process complete ho jayga. Divorce ki har stage pe different stages hoti hai- 1) Mediation 2) Apperance 2) Evidence 3) Cross - evidence 4) Final Hearing 5) Alimony, if any
