Divorce in high court challenged

I wanted divorce as my wife has been foolling me since 2017 since she left and had filed dv and it got dismissed then she filed fake firs of 377 420 . They are pending in case but police has submitted it as false but court has not given any relief on it..and then my wife wants to come back since 2021 but now I don't want her and divorce wa snit granted in 2023 she always just drag cases and now divorce case is in high court and it's been 2 yrs I really want get divorce soon...

If there's no scope of living together then rather stretching the relationship you should file for contested divorce under the ground of cruelty. I would suggest you to go with mutual divorce because it's cost effective and ends up in a maximum of six months.
