Divorce in Aus but Indian marriage

I am a PR of Australia and my husband is a citizen . Our marriage is 1.5 years old and was performed in India. My husband in Australia did domestic violence on me which led to criminal charges on him. As my parents had passed away , my in laws posses a lot of my assets in India and did DV on me while I was with them . I have filed a case in India on them and my husband of DV and maintainence. What should I do in Australia to take mutual divorce or ex party as I want to win my Indian case . Does it have any repercussions if I take mutual divorce in Australia ? My husband is Australian citizen so does he come under this Indian jurisdiction or only my In laws . They are not coming for court hearing .
Divorce, maintenance and domestic violence all are separate aspects in marriage. when taking divorce if you don't confine the act of your spouse and their family members and don't give up your right to maintenance, then your right for DV and maintenance survive. so be carefull of you opt for mutual divorce. in India you are entitled for maintenance till you re marry or not able to survive your self. anything done by your husband in India, he will come under indian jurisdiction.
