Divorce help to prove wife's mental illness

09-Oct-2024 (In Divorce Law)
My wife is having severe mental illnesses, and taking medications without my knowledge. I've got a solid proof that she is mentally ill. When I confronted, she started going for studying higher education - to live separately from me. She claiming to live separately as I'm abusing her through DVC Case. If I'm filing contested divorce , how to make her take the medical test to prove my point legally? She is utilising all legal tools to exploit my life altogether, need help.

We can definetly file a petition for evaluation of the mental fitness of your wife sir. Provided there is a strong conviction and evidence to prove the same. Insanity is also a valid ground for divorce.
