Divorce from NPD wife...She Never leave me alone and always suspect

After Marriage I came to know that my wife has all the symptoms of NPD (Narcissistic personality disorder) and delusion of infedility...It seems my mother in-laws also have same issue. She also blamed me of having an affair which is not true. She always do whatever and whenever she likes to do... She has nothing to do with me and my family... If asked her to visit marrige counselling or psychiatrist.. she refused . I am stuck as she always tried to control me and always suspect me.... I can't to do anything .... Unable to predict her mood... Her family members are never listen to me....And never tell her anything... Please suggest . How can I file divorce as I am working in MNC in mumbai and she is house wife ? I have a flat ..Which is on loan my 50% income is going in this loan .. I also have agreeculture land on my name.... I don't have much proof as she is master mind and very manipulative. No one is understanding my problem.
