My girlfriend is forcefully married in 1-1-2021, from then on she is trying to get divorce but her husband is not accepting to file divorce what to do legally to get divorced ?
if you are girl fun wants diverse she can file either mutually either contest in the world she can file a one sided petition in the family court then the court will give the someone's to the husband better she can find it

Normally, such divorce Petition on the ground of fraud and against the Will ought to have been filed within one year of marriage. Now, she can take above grounds along with the ground of cruelty.
