Divorce for brother who is suffering from since 2017

My brother wife has left house in 2017 saying that she is going for marriage on relatives that time she took lot of things from home.and kids and stopped coming back to home and the. We had to file rcr case on that she filed dv case and that got rejected after running for 3 yrs and then she used to just come home for one month in a year saying that she will continue marriage then she will again leave and this continued like that till 2020 jan after that my brother asked her to stop all cases
