My Wife doesn't have chances for Conceive, She has Seviour problems frm her childhood bt their parents and relatives hide that information and get married with me After 5 yrs those information came out in medical tests, after medical tests I realised about their cheating and that too her family and relatives filed 498A cases on me and my family addition to that Sec9 & Sec 125 filed and physically attacked us Within How much period I have to apply for Divorce on Null and Void Marriage Grounds

hi for applying for nullity of marriage then you should file petition for viod marriage and that too within the period of 6 months from knowing it and then you could file quash petition to quash the FIR as it is based on all false allegations
