I had filed a divorce case in Karnataka in Aug but next month she as filed a divorce case in TN under cruelty nCan she file divorce case when I had filed 1st in Karnataka nWhat I should do cuz she as given false accusations on me

if she has a taken Court or notice already then she cannot go and file another case in another state. but she can get the cash transfer to place of her residence, you same to be having no choice but to appear in TN.
