Hi sir I am from Guntur. My wife filed 498a in 2017 on me n my family members. In 2019 we got 1y punishment and 1000 fine each. After we prefer appeal and we all got acquittal in 2021.After I file divorce petition.After receiving divorce notice to my wife she went for appeal in high court against 498a acquittal.divorce case in district court. cross examination she said she is earning 80,000rs and she willing to join matrimonial home.I file IA come n join.Court dismis IA.Can go for appeal on IA?

hi first need to see the reasons for the I.A petition and order which was dismissed by the court below and then based on that you could go either for appeal or revision petition challenging such order
