Divorce file rejection related issues

I got married on 30th April 2021. I stayed with my wife only for 2 month. I left her and went to search job. She was staying with my parents. On 10th August 2021 she left my parents and went back to her home. Since then we are not living together. Is there any possibility my divorce filing get cancelled???

Since both u have married on April 21 one year has completed and u can file divorce. There are grounds for taking divorce under section 13 of HMAct . U can take divorce on those grounds example cruelty, fraud etc . Mutual divorce too can be filled and obtained if both parties agree to it. Ur living separately is no ground for cancellation of ur divorce case if u have valid grounds. Contact me for any help.

As per the Hindu Marriage Act petition for divorce can be allowed only after one year, before also you can file, but it is the discretion of the Court to allow the petition or not. After allowing the petition, time will take to grant divorce 6 months min.
