Divorce- Fake dowry and harassment case & Anticipatory Bail

I want divorce as wife's cheating & No good behavior with family. Of cheating- only call records & couple of wtsapp chat s.shots. as proof. Now i want to know what if they file Fake dowry nd harassment case against family? Will we get anticipatory bail or not? Note- Marriage is of over 7 yrs with No child yet. thanks

Now bail is easily available in cases of false dowry and harassment and as per the Supreme Court guidelines the police cannot even arrest you and still if you feel something is wrong then you can take anticipatory bail easily.
