After wife filing Maintenance Under Section 125 Cr.P.c then Is husband eligible to file cruelty divorce based on above reason?
yes sir you have the right to file contesting divorce but you have to keep the grounds and allegations of 125 in petition fact it will be beneficial for evidence stage of case
only 125 case has been filled or other case too against you will decide your eligibility for filling your case
