Divorce due to forceful marriage

Hindu marriage Couples were known to each other before marriage, girl forced boy to get married by threatening of suicide that she will fall from terrace and harm herself to death in that fear boy agreed to marriage but after 6 months if marriage still the differences continued now boy has liked someone else and asking her wife to divorce as he doesn’t love her or have any feelings for her it’s just a forceful relationship but wife is not agreeing for divorce in that case what to do.

First file a divorce notice to the girl telling that the marriage has been forcefully done and we have to search some grounds as per the circumstances . After the divorce notice we can file a contested divorce case in the family court!

Dear Sir, If you can establish it was a forcible marriage due to threatening of committing suicide by your wife before marriage then you can file petition for annualment of your marriage under Section 12 of Hindu Marriage Act. You may get divorce then go for a second marriage with your second girlfriend.
