I am fighting for divorce from my husband, can i choose for abortion as I am 4 month pregnant . Is abortion legally valid,

According to the medical termination of pregnancy act the pregnancy can be terminated in 12 weeks of pregnancy and the opinion of two or more medical practitioners is required if the abortion is done between 12-20 weeks for various reasons like involve risks to the life of the mother and other.
