आपको अपने ससुराल वालों के खिलाफ एक प्रथम सूचना रिपोर्ट जिसे की FIR कहते हैं दर्ज करवानी होगी उसके बाद एक मेंटेनेंस का मुकदमा करना होगा इतना सब करने के बाद आपको एक मुकदमा घरेलू हिंसा का भी करना होगा इन सब के हो जाने के बाद आपको अपने ससुराल से अपने पति से हमेशा के लिए स्वतंत्रता मिल जाएगी और अधिक जानकारी मैं आपके केस को और अच्छे से समझ के दे सकता हूं
