Mera meri wife se divorce case chal rha hai jo ki high court me clerk hai or waha sab uska favour krte hai kya me case ko transfer krwa skta hu?

If you wish to transfer the case from one district to another then you need to approach the High Court with the transfer petition and if you want to transfer it from one state to another then you have to go to the Supreme Court with a transfer petition. Yes you can get the case transfer from state to state by filing Article 139a r/w 25 CPC at Supreme Court. You need to hire advocate in this regard ! Kindly b in touch to discuss this matter! We need more facts n your state details

Dear sir If you wish to get your case transferred to another state's high court on the basis of personal bias, you may consult me to file your transfer petition in the Hon'ble Supreme Court of India, where I practice by the way. Good luck!
