Divorce case settled by lok Adalat and filed a new divorce case

My wife filed a divorce case in 2022 and the same was settled in feb 2023 by lol Adalat by mutually agreeing on few points. However in July 2023 she has left her matrimonial home and again filed for divorce. My doubt is can she bring the old allegations which were there before it was settled by Lok Adalat?

you can raise the claim that earlier allegations have been condoned by the wife by settling and rejoining. However, the divorce petition can be filed for a new set of allegations that the husband did not follow the terms agreed upon and other grounds that happened after rejoining.
