Divorce case not in mutual concern, need legal advice

I have applied for divorce, opposite sex female family returning the notice sent by court as concern female not there, we need to submit document this week in court if opponent doesnt come what will be the next status to move with divorce. Even. My lawyer not proceeding properly how the case will move, please help
