No, a failed mediation in a Family Court is not carried over as the same ongoing mediation process if the case moves to a High Court. Each court handles mediation as an independent step, and a fresh chance for settlement can be initiated

Mediation proceedings are completely confidential and statements made during mediation sessions cannot be presented before the judge as evidence if mediation fails The mediator only submits a report stating whether mediation succeeded or failed without disclosing the details of discussions Regarding a second chance at mediation yes the parties can request mediation again or inform the court at any stage that they wish to settle mutually If both parties agree to terms the court will gladly refer the matter back for mediation or directly record the consent terms and pass an appropriate decree based on mutual agreement
