Divorce Case – first Date, Lawyer requirement & Court Proceeding

મેં મુંબઈમાં પિટિશન ફાઈલ કરી છે. તે પછી મારા પતિએ અંકલેશ્વરમાં ડિવોર્સ માટે કેસ ફાઈલ કર્યો છે. તેની તારીખ પહેલા આવી છે – 08/05/2026, અને મને મુંબઈમાં 08/07/2026 ની તારીખ મળી છે. પહેલી તારીખે શું વકીલ ફરજિયાત રહેશે? જો વકીલ નહિ હોય તો હું કેવી રીતે આગળ વધું? આગળની તારીખ આવશે ત્યારે શું ત્યારે વકીલ જરૂરી પડશે?

you have already filed a petition in Mumbai and your husband has filed a case in Ahmedabad, you may consider filing a transfer petition to transfer the Ahmedabad case to Mumbai to avoid multiple proceedings

jo ki mujhe samj aarha hai apke pati ne mumbai mai marriage petition file kiya hai jiska date aarha hai ,ji han apke husband ne jo case file kiya hai usme bhi apko lawyer ki zaroorat pad sakti hai, aage proceeding mai or apperance mai bhi.
