Divorce case , Demand of dowery & extra marital affair of husband

Hi,nMy parents could not fulfill the demand of dowry of my in-laws & they tortured me alot so that I shall left their home but I have not left then during that period they kept me like a maid without any relationship with my husband & I caught my husband to talk in gesture with another lady residing opposite our flat when her husband warned me about my husband but my husband was not aware about that & I covered windows with a curtain then he & his mother created issue & they hited me, after that they wanted my parents to take me from their home (Bangalore) to Mumbai during lockdown, when I told them that my & yours family shall first visit at that lady's home then by giving excuse & with fake hope they brought me in mumbai & they send me at my parents home, now its 2 years passed, I'm requesting him to take me with him but he is not ready for that & filed a divorce case against me so now which case I shall I file Domestic voilence or restitution or any other case? kindly suggest
