Divorce case and daughter custody(10 years)

Hi Sir,
My husband earns well at MNC but he paid all so far his earnings, salaries and loans for his parents and his brother and his parents buy all the property on their parents names worth in crores. Me and 10 year daughter don't have any of his money. Then I started looking for job and applied for divorce, my husband asking my salary and jewellery, refused to give divorce, now case is on trial. Even though I have my daughter custody, visitation right to their home,child may abuse
This can definetly be contested. In the Counter to the Petition filed by the husband, our side stance should be clearly stated. It may be helpful if we have strong evidences and proofs. We can definetly let the Court know and get a favourable order.
