divorce case and child maintenance amount

i am married for 7 years and separated from husband from 5 years...my child was born when i came bk to parents place and got know that i am expecting my husband's child...he never tried to contact us even when i had mesaged and mailed him the pregnancy report the child is 4 now and i hv filed a divorce case husband is making stories that he cant ber expenses and can on;y 5 lakhs as a final settlemnet..he has all my gold , jewellery worth 18 lacs and i m earning 1 lac and he is also earning same amt. I dont want him to hv an easy life i hv been tortured and i m bringin up my child on my own i need atleast 30 lacs as a compensation..mediation has failed and now the case will start properly in the court as the counsellor has given the case to judge..i hv come to know that he is planning for thrid marriage ..pls help what to do..if i m not happy with what court orders then can i withdraw divorce petition and still get child maintenance
hello client as i can see ur issue is very unusual situations has been created from ur hudband side . the truma which you hace suffered is such a greart heights of mental cruality. in this matter i think you should get compensation not less then 1 crore cas you willing for 30 lac only. your husband should gave bitter experience of life so he can understand life tourtredness . you do not worry you hudbsnd will not lead a happy life fir sure.
