The system is very much slow. Submit your reply first and if your husband is not ready to give you divorce then it can’t be a mutual divorce. It has to be a joint petition from both of you. But the best option is getting through mutual only because it will get over in maximum six months. For more legal assistance I am just a call away.

Hi there ! If your husband has filed for divorce and the matter is sub-judicial, in that case your husband has to withdraw this case. Secondly have you moved any application for transfer of case in the SC ? plz clear which application is pending at SC ?. Third, you may stop attending the court dates, court will issue him ex-parte decree. Finally, if u still want mutual divorce then someone has to talk to your husband regarding the same. Plz b in touch asap

You can make your submission for mutual divorce at any stage of the case. The court will take the consent of the other side and will refer it further for mutual divorce only. However without the consent of your husband mutual divorce can not be filed. For any further legal assistance please feel free to contact Thanks
