hi dear sir madam my age 28 frm palitana bhavnagar meri shadi ko 3.5 sal hochuke he or 1 bati bhihe meri me or meri wife sathme1 month bhi nahi rahe choti choti bato se jagta or some famely probalems ki vajase ab meri wife mere sath rehna nahi chah ti mere ghar me or divorce keliye pese mang rahihe or me midal calass famely sehu mere pass itne pese nahihe ke meuse desaku ya koi vakil kar saku meto use divorce nahi chah ta or bol raha humeresath rahomere ghar meparmana karrahihe whokhud bhi job kar ti he plz halep meme kya karu

Agar tumhari biwi tumhare sath nahi raheti hai to, tum usko apne sath rahne ke liye, court main petition file kar shakte ho aur tumhari biwi job karti hai to tumhe maintenance dene ki jarurat nahi hai.
Agar wo maintenance ki arji dakhal karti hai to tum court main ye kah shakte ho ko wo job karti hai.

As this situation u can not do anything and if u cannot do lawyer than for u it is very difficult ,and if she files case against u than u can proof that she is earning , but for that u must having proof that she is working.now as u keep quiet and let her do bcoz if u take any step it will more effect u not her.
