Divorce and need money help from husband

I am woman and married from 2012, it's 9 years. My husband not physical relation after 1 month of marriage. But I am trying so much for it by love and by anger but no response from hubby. Now my husband family tourcher me and I write on a blank paper for separation and signed .. but now I have need some money what I do? Can anyone help me?

You can always file for maintenance under 125 CrPC in the court claiming your rights as a lawful wife. You can also file a DV case under section 12 against your husband if you have suffered any kind of physical or mental ill treatment. And the last option can be divorce. In all the three things mentioned above you will be awarded a sufficient amount to maintain yourself.

In order to do the same u can either go for Domestic Violence or section 125 CrPC Also this 9 years seems cruelty on u for the same n u must also do 498a complaint at police station for torture etc .. plz b in touch

if you want to get maintenance from your husband u can go for maintenance case u/s 125 crpc ....in this you will get the maintenance on every month till you didn't do remarriage.... firstly in initial stage on will get the litigation charges also
