Me maintains , divorce aur apni beti chahti hu aur ek baari me hi mujhe maintains chahti hu jise baar baar future me mujhe aur meri beti ko problem nhi ho iss k liye kya karna hoga kitna time lagega aur kitne paise kyoki mujhe financial problem hai per me job karti hu .

Respected ma'am! Kanoon ke mutabik, yadi aap, gharelu hinsa ki yachika mahila court me dayar karti hain, to aap 60 dino ki samay seema me (jis din aapke pati ko court notice receive hoga us din se 60 dinon ke andar) aapki agrim yachika par faisla ho jaana chahiye aur aapko maintenance khud ke liye aur apni beti ke liye mil jaana chahiye, aisa praavdhaan hai. Advocate ki fees is platform par discuss karna nishedh hai, aap apne pasandeeda vaqeel se is vishay me negotiate kar sakti hain.

If the behaviour of your husband is intolerable towards you can anytime send a complaint regarding your grievances in writing to the police station according to your jurisdiction. And if you wish to go legal then you can also file a petition under section 12 DV or section 125 CrPC and claim maintenance for yourself. And if there's no scope of living together then rather stretching the relationship you should file for contested divorce under the ground of cruelty. I would suggest you to go with mutual divorce because it's cost effective and ends up in a maximum of six months. For more legal assistance I am just a call away.

Agar maintenance case file karte ho to aapko monthly maintenance milega but divorce file karte ho to isme aapko one time amount milega, agar bachhe aapke custody me rahega to inka bhi expwy aapko milega
