Divorce And Maintainince For Child

I have given husbands loan amount and now I am living seperate from two since now he not given any amount for our expenses and my loan amount.. Can I get it back?

Whatever you have stated is not clear. if your husband is the cause for your having left your husband and to come out with child and are living separately then you can not only recover what you have given to him but also claim maintenance,

Dear Madam, It is very difficult to recover your loan amount given to your husband. If you have any promissory note or agreement or cheque of your husband then you can file recovery suit. Otherwise in your Divorce Petition or Domestic Violence case you may request the Court to recover the loan amount given by you along with alimony or monthly maintenance.
