Divorce and Alimony maintenance issues

My father is not providing my family and creating negative environment. Despite of having the money he is fighting over small expenses and everything. We are completing our education on loans as he has denied giving money for the education. Now from last 6 months he has not come home and living with his mother and brothers, we have talked to him multiple times to sort the situation and he comes back but he is not even concerned. So what should be the next steps as this is mentally torturing

Ask ur mother to file domestic violence case against her and ask for maintenance and other orders such as compensation ,protection etc are also provided to the aggrieved party under the domestic violence act. If he is in service or private job then his salary details will be a proof . If he is in any business or profession then also u can get maintenance
