Divorce advise required since partner is not ready for mutual

I have filed for divorce after 8 years of marriage. I am working and have 8 years old daughter. I have house on joint name of me and my husband where I am the first holder and every month I am paying the EMI since 4 years. His contribution is only of registration amount.Within 6 months of marriage . I am staying seperate since 1.5years .I have home loan of 20lacs and I asked to transfer his share of property on my daughter and pay 50% of home loans Please suggest will this will be in my favor.

Well, whatever agreement you have suggested to your Hubby, make sure, you get it executed on a Stamp Paper and get that contract registered and duly stamped, so that, it becomes an enforceable contract, so that, it can go in your favor. Moreover, you have rightly asked your hubby to transfer his share of property on your Daughter's name and to pay 50 % of home loans, it'll definitely go in your favor if you hire a competent Mediator to convince your husband for it.
