Divoce petition under section 13 b ipc

I have filed mutual divorce under section 13b but know my wife is refusing after first motion and 50% of final settelment is given to her ,now she is demanding more money,suggest what to do

I would suggest that you being mediation proceedings with your wife. A mediator significantly helps to resolve disputes between the parties. You can either go with a court appointed mediator or with a private mediator.

hello in divorce petition 13 b HMA both the parties shall be bound by the mou/ petition and statement of first motion. In mutual consent divorce there is limitation of 18 months from date of filing. you can make application to court with evidence that your wife has cheated you and deposed falsely before court. If your wife is demanding extra money you can file police complaint for extortion of money.

you filed mutual divorce petition and your wife refusing to give you divorce so its ok dont worry you have many optitn if your wife dont give you divorce so its ok i can give your divorce dont worry and dont need to pay extra money

Have u gone through the MOU before 1st motion??
bcoz no one can breach the MOU othrwise u can take ur money back from her or reopened all your case...dont wry if she is doing wrong wd u thn u can submit it before the court on your nxt date of motion
