Distress warrant was issued to pay home loam of 24L

JMFC had issued distress warrant for non payment of home loan and asked PS to recover 24L from me within a month. My wife stay in that flatbwhich belong to me and my father and i stay at rented accommodation. Now what is the way out? How PS can force me against that warrant? What is the next impact on that warrant?

Either pay the home loan within a month for avoiding the effect of Issuance of Distress Warrant which is auctioning of Moveable and Immovable Property for Recovery of Home Loan or file an Appeal in Court to bring a Stay on the Distress Warrant issued.
