Amount not paid from 2015.Distress warrant issued against me. nI want to dismiss warrant and also want to file Divorce petition against her.

Make an application for cancellation of warrant through your advocate and in the meantime make an application stating that your financial condition is not stable you can file a divorce petition under section 13(a) of HMA For any further query kindly contact me
